Booster Includes

  1. Scoping call: Meet to discuss goals and configuration preferences for Whisper Mode.
  2. Installation and Activation of Package: Installation and activation of the package which allows staff to collaborate in the Conversation View without the recipient seeing the communication. Both text and MMS (attachments) are supported.
  3. Configuration and Permissioning: Default configuration of a Whisper Mode Gateway record and assignment of Whisper Mode Gateway record to a user, as well as configuration of PushTopics. Configuration also includes initial configuration of Whisper Mode messages (example: Whisper from User.FirstName, User.LastName [User.Title] - [Text]).
  4. Documentation and Client Training: Receive documentation and training on use Whisper Mode, and update and assign users to the Whisper Mode Gateway.

Booster Limitations

While our package offers robust capabilities, there are some limitations to be aware of. Professional service hours may be purchased to enhance the package to meet your specific requirements.

  1. Manual Gateway Selection: End users are responsible for selecting the Whisper Mode Gateway within the Conversation View.
  2. Visibility: Assigning Gateway User access to provide access to this Booster should be maintained by the client.
  3. Message Filtering or Censorship: This Booster does not support message content filtering or censorship of any kind.
