Booster Includes

  1. Installation and Activation: Seamlessly install and activate the package to enable email, push, and/or text notifications directed to either the record owner or the last sender.
  2. Documentation and Client Training: Receive documentation and training on configuring organization-wide notifications declaratively from Application Settings.

Booster Limitations

While our package offers robust capabilities, there are some limitations to be aware of. Professional service hours may be purchased to enhance the package to meet your specific requirements. 

  1. Sending Notifications to Multiple Users: Out of the box, the package does not support sending notifications to multiple users simultaneously, such as Salesforce Groups or all users assigned to a gateway.
  2. Custom User Lookup for SMS: Sending notifications to a custom user lookup on the record connected to SMS is not supported by default.
  3. Selecting BOTH Record Owner or Last Sender: Choose between the record owner or last sender for notifications; both can't be selected simultaneously.
  4. Chatter Notifications: Sending notifications via Chatter is not included in the package.
  5. Custom Mogli Object Notifications: Notifications available for Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities.
  6. User-Specific Notification Types: Currently, all users receive the same notification type.
  7. Custom Notification Verbiage: Predefined templates provided; customization options available through professional services.
