I’ve sent a bulk message, but my SMS records are showing a status of ‘Queued’ in the SMS tab.

With large bulk sends, messages are delivered in small batches.

Pull a quick report for SMS records (SMS report type included during install) in queued status.

As you refresh your report results, you should see fewer Queued messages over time.

Please reach out to your CSM at help@mogli.com if messages remain in queued status for more than 2 hours.


How do I mass delete SMS records? There are 2 ways to delete SMS records:

  1. Navigate to the SMS tab, select the records to delete, and click the Mass Delete button. If you don’t see the Mass Delete button, from Setup, go to Object Manager or enter Objects in the search box. Select the SMS object. Click Search Layouts > List View. Click the drop-down arrow and select Edit. Move ‘Mass Delete’ to the Selected Buttons section. Detailed steps can be found here.
  2. Advanced admins may also use Data Loader or the Developer Console to delete SMS records. Steps on how to do this via the Developer Console can be found here.


How can I add Contacts and Leads to a Campaign?

Create and run a report of the Contacts and Leads you wish to add to the Campaign.

Click the drop-down caret and select 'Add to Campaign.' Contacts and Leads can also manually be added to Campaigns by selecting the ‘Add to Campaign’ button via your Contact and Lead list views. Read more in this Salesforce Help article.
