How do I Remove a User?
You have the option to Deactivate or Delete a User from your Scheduler Users. Navigate to your Admin Panel, find your user, and click the three stacked buttons in the top right corner.
How do I know which meeting type to use?
- 1:1 Meeting: Scheduled event between one Mogli Scheduler user and one other person
- RSVP: Allows you to set the max amount of individuals invited to any meeting. For example, if you are hosting a lunch and learn event and need to cap attendees at 10.
- Round Robin Meeting: Allows end users to schedule meetings based on the availability of multiple team members.
How can I set up a Round Robin meeting?
To set up a group for Round Robin you will need to:
- Navigate to your Admin Panel
- Select Manage Teams > Create Team
- Select users who you want to be included in the Team
- Create Round Robin Meeting > Assign the Team you created to it
What happens in Salesforce when a meeting is booked?
A Mogli Event and a Salesforce Event will populate.
- Check this by going to Navigator > Calendar
- Look at the day/time booked - an Event should be present
Note: If booked through a link sent via Salesforce, the record (Contact, Lead, etc.) will also populate on the Event Object.
Can I use a Scheduler link in a Form template?
Yes! You can manually add links to messages in Form Template Questions.
If you’ll be utilizing intelligence (ie wanting certain links sent based on criteria of sender), Mogli’s Solution Engineering will need to support.
