Message History

Inbound & Outbound Message History

Conversation View will display the last 300 incoming and outgoing messages. Access complete SMS history by navigating to the SMS related list from your record.

For an org-wide history of SMS, navigate to the SMS tab and filter or sort accordingly.

SMS Related List

From a record of a Mogli-configured object, click the Related tab to view the SMS related list. This will display all incoming and outgoing messages between users and the recipient associated with the record.
