If you need to delete or modify Scheduled SMS records, you have a few options, depending on how many messages you have to delete:

If you have a few Scheduled SMS to delete, you may delete or modify these manually from the SMS tab. Simply select the SMS records, Edit, and Save.
For a few hundred Scheduled SMS records, you may use the Mass Delete button (if available) in the Scheduled SMS list view after selecting the appropriate records.
For many Scheduled SMS records, you may run a report of the Scheduled SMS records and delete or modify using Data Loader.
Experienced Admins may choose to use Salesforce’s Developer Console
